The Broadway Presbyterian Church Nursery School provides a warm, friendly, supportive environment for up to 20 children ages 2.9 to 5 years. We welcome children of every race, religion, ethnic, and economic background.

Realizing that each child is a unique personality with his or her own special talents, interests, and needs, the curriculum is carefully planned to give attention to all aspects of the child’s development as a person and to nurture each child to attain his or her fullest potential. The children are not separated by age, thus allowing each child to reach up or down according to his or her own developmental level or mood.

As part of the Broadway Presbyterian Church, we feel a responsibility to provide exposure to Christian teachings and holidays. However, because we value the richness and diversity of the our community, we also share with the children the beliefs, customs, and festivals of all of the faiths and cultures represented in the school.

Our morning session is from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., and the extended day session is from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Children enroll for three, four or five days in any combination of morning or extended day sessions. Working with parents to provide a flexible schedule that meets a family’s individual needs is a hallmark of our program.
